Booking:

A 50% deposit needs to be paid to secure your booking. The outstanding amount needs to be paid 32 days prior to your Namaqualand flower tour departure date.

Cancellation policy:

If a traveller decides to cancel their booking 0-31 days prior to their Namaqualand flower tour departure date, no refund will be given and the full tour fee will be charged.

In the event that we have to cancel your Namaqualand flower tour, due to war, political unrest and disputes, natural disasters or diseases, refunds will be issued according to the parties involved cancellation policies. Having said this, no tour has ever been cancelled from our side:-)

Flower viewing:

The incredible Namaqualand flower displays usually take place between August and the beginning of September, however, we have no control over the weather conditions and therefore cannot guarantee that you will see flowers on your flower tour.
